I welcome all couples and relationship structures and I offer a containing space however difficult things may feel.
Loss of trust, conflict, loss of connection and sex may form some part of the issues brought.
Losing confidence in sex or in your sexual functioning can impact how you feel about yourself and your partner(s). Issues around erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation and pain or other difficulties during sex are welcome in my therapeutic space. Many of us will be thrown by one or two difficult experiences or simply the stresses of life. Yet touch, sensuality and feeling safely vulnerable can help us rebalance and return to pleasure. Together we can work out what has happened and work towards getting your sex life back on track.
Sometimes couples envisage different outcomes for their relationship. Sometimes one or more partners are trying to work out what the outcome will be. My therapeutic space can be helpful around this.
I find that understanding what each person is bringing to the relationship is an important part of understanding the relationship dynamic and the presenting issues.
It is often by looking at what lies behind the issues brought, that the way forwards can be found.
I work in an insightful, impartial and gentle way towards a positive way forward for each person.
I work both in person and online using zoom.
